i got the sale..he fucked up during transmission and correction could not be made until the next banking day which he could not accept..therefore we parted company on my say so..i fired him from our service..too much resource and money had already been expended on his account..he would have driven my service team nuts..i've only fired 2 clients in 10 years..he was one.
