Am i screwed?

So i ordered seeds from attitude on november 19th, the last update i got was "Your item has been processed through our sort facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 8:05 am on November 23, 2013."
Has anyone had seeds sit in one place for this long or should i just give up waiting? I was so broke i could not afford the gaurantee which i knew would be a bad move if they didnt get here. But i just didnt have the money. So contacting attitude is out of the question cause they wont resend the order. I did contact usps about a lost package but they told me it was processed through ics on december 23rd and i should wait, which was a mistake on their behave. It was november 23rd. they also said the seller would have to contact them about the package that i could not. so honestly im just thinking my shit got confiscated.

it did..i heard they've been having trouble out of chicago hub..how much did you spend?..what seeds did you order?

Try contacting your credit card company or bank for a refund. Most banks and companies insure all purchases. Most banks and credit card companies won't deal with Attitude anymore due to fraud. If you try and make an order now it won't go through. right now seedsman and herbies are the only reputable seed companies. I've ordered from gypsy nirvana years ago with no problems but its been a while and I haven't heard anything about them....

If they seized your package I heard you get a letter in the mail telling you it was taken. Also some1 may have jacked your package out the mail box. If you told your buddy and all of a sudden he ordered seeds too then maybe be suspicious. Sometimes I think too much though. Sorry to hear it bro.

thanks everyone. i guess my next question is, are the cops going to kick my door in or will they just take my shit and tell me im out of luck?

"the letter" is from the US dept of agriculture, not a branch of the government that does not deal with criminal law. "the letter" says the evidence was destroyed, something that would never be done if they were acting. and there is no proof in the packaging that you were the one that sent for this product, so a lawyer could eat them up over less than one gram. So what do you think? bottom line, sleep tight, you'll be fine.

sorry, that should say does not often deal with criminal law.

your fucked in the ass as soon as you place an order with attitude. they are having some serious bad luck getting orders stop. I had the guarantee and tee shirt. no s.eeds and no letter so I got fucked in the ass too . and yours are only seeds so you will not get any thing at all . your fucked. conclusion you order from attitude and its like getting fucked in the ass by a camel !! LOL there at seed banks in the us. go to high times. and look at a few.

my brother has gotten two through them through Jamacia, ny terminal. but I've seen letters from la and Denver, and many posts about Chicago. and where you live matters not what customs hub they go through, attitude to the deleware valley are goes through la, for herbies it goes through jamacia. I'll take jamacia over la, Chicago, or Denver.
