what is this supposed to mean? that his guys got popped for not being under 100 plants?

What..? I'm not even sure wtf youre asking lol. It's supposed to mean the operation was in compliance with state law and was raided by the DEA. Stick to your one-star seshes.

Might want to read it again, since the only thing you absorbed was one man's opinion that the feds go after grows with 100+ plants. That's not the part we're talking about.

Jeeze Bom, this happens all the time.....2 years ago in Oregon, last week in CA. Here is what the guts are.

"They have an unspoken rule they tend to employ," St. Pierre said from Washington, D.C. "They are really looking for anything over 100 plants. If it is below 100 plants, it does not invite civil forfeiture the way large patches do."

"We poked the bear," Anderson said as he stood in a guard tower and looked down at the churned earth that remained of the garden. "When you poke the bear, he come after you."

"We are basically doing civil disobedience against the federal government by doing what we are doing,"

let me remind you about the claim in dispute, you unremitting failure.

Yeah because under obama the feds havent raided any grows that were in compliance with state law, right? Sigh..

so did the feds raid a grow that was in compliance with state law?think hard here, skippy.
Back when he was running for president in 2008, Barack Obama insisted that medical marijuana was an issue best left to state and local governments. "I'm not going to be using Justice Department resources to try to circumvent state laws on this issue," he vowed, promising an end to the Bush administration's high-profile raids on providers of medical pot, which is legal in 16 states and the District of Columbia.
But over the past year, the Obama administration has quietly unleashed a multi*agency crackdown on medical cannabis that goes far beyond anything undertaken by George W. Bush.
The feds are busting growers who operate in full compliance with state laws, vowing to seize the property of anyone who dares to even rent to legal pot dispensaries, and threatening to imprison state employees responsible for regulating medical marijuana. With more than 100 raids on pot dispensaries during his first three years

it's not gonna happen. get over it. You have NO say in how your country is governed.

No individual, ever, has a say. No one. We elect one person to take 'er for a few slow runs around the driveway, and hold the doom missile keys, for 4 to 8 years, but his say, is very limited, also.

Only the hungry, ill tempered mob, or the well tuned voting block, has any say.

Her Skyness, is part of a well tuned voting block and, indeed, does have "her" say.
