What..? I'm not even sure wtf youre asking lol. It's supposed to mean the operation was in compliance with state law and was raided by the DEA. Stick to your one-star seshes.

Might want to read it again, since the only thing you absorbed was one man's opinion that the feds go after grows with 100+ plants. That's not the part we're talking about.

Jeeze Bom, this happens all the time.....2 years ago in Oregon, last week in CA. Here is what the guts are.

"They have an unspoken rule they tend to employ," St. Pierre said from Washington, D.C. "They are really looking for anything over 100 plants. If it is below 100 plants, it does not invite civil forfeiture the way large patches do."

No individual, ever, has a say. No one. We elect one person to take 'er for a few slow runs around the driveway, and hold the doom missile keys, for 4 to 8 years, but his say, is very limited, also.

Only the hungry, ill tempered mob, or the well tuned voting block, has any say.
