There's two kinds that're good, I know one of them is the "heavenly blue" strain (or species or w/e the fuck it is), the other is like... somethingsomething saucers or somethin like that... maybe.

3) grind all the seeds up
4) put in favorite yogurt

it's more like 400 seeds, that's the dosage I took and that's recomended, 300 to 700 seeds...

There was anywhere from 45-60 seeds per pack. So thats about right.
I think it tells you approximately how many you get in a pack as well.

I took around 500 seeds, that's a pretty strong dose. It's not anything like acid, there are less visuals and more of a body/mindfuck. Although things look really cool there are minimal hallucinations.

Tripping on MG or HBWR seeds seems to be a hit or miss proposition. I have heard both good and bad. From what I have read doing and alcohol or CWE ( Cold Water Extraction ) is the best way to go. I have some MG seeds ( only about 3-400 ) and plan to get more b/4 trying to dose even though I will probably only do 4-500 seeds worth. The nice thing about the extractions is that you can check for LSA by looking at the liquid under a blacklight. The LSA should glow if they are there.
Haven't tried yet because I have had some S. Pedro around and the cacti are a lot more reliable than LSA.

I must say this was some crazy ass shit. It was like taking weed, X, then shrooms/acid. Took about 1.5 hours to kick and I had a little nausea before it started working but after that it was crazy. It started out like I was high, that lasted for about 2 hours or so and overlapped with the X part. It then moved on to what I would say is X. It wasn't like I wanted to touch everyone but I wanted to just tell them how much I love them and how much I love the world and wanted to know everyone's story, lol. That lasted about 1.2-2 hours. It then went into the shrooms/acid part where I was seeing minimal open eye visuals and nice closed eye ones. I was watching the fireworks and whenever I closed my eyes I would still see them going off. But this is some pretty deep shit I must say. I had this love for everything in the world and never wanted anyone to hurt, also had some very strong feelings to talk to people. Like I called family I hadn't talked to in a while and started to connect with them again. Talked with my dad for and hour and caught up with him which was nice. But yes this is a very powerful drug and can be very helpful to people if they allow it to.
