aww yeah I was doin this for a bit a while back when I was younger. You could also add some egg in there..gotta do the most with what you got

thanks man! sad thing is, that spice rub that I put on the pork chop was the last of some kinda sketchy unmarked bottle my sister bought me as a gift from some small island in the Caribbean. Don't know how she got it back in the country she was on a cruise maybe security is lax with that stuff IDK. But now I have no more and its good s HELL!!

That second pix looks like a good meal.
I used to rub some salt and pepper into pork chops, then rub in some cheap mustard.

Melt some butter until bubbling in a hot pan and add the pork chops.
Turn them over after a minute to let both sides absorb the butter then cook mins 3-7 per side depending on thickness.
Don't overcook them.
Good, simple pork chops.

Add more fresh chilli (red is best ) abit of lime juice maybe , i would add fish sauce (but that's just me )

A little explaining..I don't like my foods intermingling on my plate!There are 6 of us(me,wife,4kids)living in my house.Plus my mother in law on the weekends and m cousin has been here the past 3 months.I am a stay at home dad.....SO I buy a lot of paper plates..I am not gonna be washing dishes after everybody!!!They're lucky I don't buy paper cups and plastic utensils too!!! Hell sometimes I do!Most of the time my pics are taken on the weekends and theres not enough room for us all at the table so I bring my skinny ass back here in my grow/entertainment room..lol..peace

Poor indeed, although statistically not. I've earned lots of money, but unlike last time, looks like i've got a job for some good people. Monthly BACS transfers and payslips and everything.
