Ok, so I've been keeping an eye on this thread and working furiously on my new room, next grow, and a fixture/space for these 12/12 cups. Looks like I'll make it under the wire, will go with 3 seeds and keep the best. But as a fierce competitor, I'm waiting to germinate until I pick up as many tips as possible from all the early birds and use them to my advantage

I've noticed several things, but mainly confusion around the rules (like twoitha!).
Just to review some key rules, make sure so I don't get disqualified before the contest begins, and re-cap some of the best posts so far:
Must be a solo or verifiable 16 oz cup (no beer glasses with no way to drain/breathe - lol, or paper cups that will deteriorate around 6 weeks - lmao)
Must be germed and planted in the solo cup by Feb 28th, marked with both dates. Too bad it's not a leap year
Must use and keep the same lights throughout the grow, no adding or changing lights (I'm assuming if your light burns out you can change it for the same light?)
Must be 12/12 from the time they go into the cup (no exceptions) and remain there throughout the grow
Other than the key rules above, additions like decorating the cups with racing stripes, revealing pics of my ex and GF's, CO2, Air Injection, WebCam's, temp/humidity controllers and the like are fair game right?
BTW: Have never done 12/12 from seed, nor a cup grow, I know shit about what to expect, have no real plan, but I'm a quick study so watch don't count me out yet!
