The little ones are much much harder to fly than the big ones. They have a fast head speed ( because of low weight blades) and can be very twitchy.Oh, no so serious, you can rebuild? Seriously, I have never flown a model for real, except for a hover with the big training legs on it.
Even then, my little Clone 250 size scares the crap out of me.

Yes, a bit in that bigger is more stable. So, 6 arms means more distance between them for bigger props. This seems counter thinking but, when we scale up, a bigger quad is less stable. So, a small six does not make sense to me. I would go with a 6-Y. A Tri with 3 motors pointing down, 3 up. For a 6, it can be much wider than a quad.are the six blade drone's more stable platform
