This is exactly why I'm setting up now because I see California as the next Colorado & Washington only bigger. I just hope I have time to get things going and build infrastructure and a pile of cash to invest before the restrictive regulations that are bound to come eventually do. I'll be working my normal job for a while (at least until the first harvest or two) + doing a large scale grow and making it work, although I will have some help
Growing cannabis is my passion. My entire life I've done things people thought were crazy that I felt passionately about and when that passion's there I've made it happen. My goal isn't to get rich just be able to make a good living doing what I love but I think going big like Dan is talking about is what it's going to take to survive legalization doing this as a living rather than a hobby. It's certainly what every person who's been doing it seriously that I've seen seems to be doing. Everyone's getting ready for it... it's in the air... only question is 2014 or 2016. Selfishly I hope it's 2016 so I'll have time to really get my thing going, but stopping people being put in jail and lives ruined is the #1 cause always.
