You're right. Nearly all countries ran by other races are better places to live than nearly all countries that are ran by black people.
There are many factors. Sure, oppression, colonialism, and environmental factors all play a part.
But there are successful places that were fairly recently exploited. A good example of this is southeast Asia.
Haiti got its wealth from sugar plantations. The blacks were doing all the work before. It's a fairly logical thing to overthrow your masters as they did, but why not then continue to cultivate the sugar?
South Africans no longer have to worry about being persecuted because they are black. Today they just have to worry about violence and starvation on a scale much greater than before because they were incapable of maintaining an advanced society.
Yes, there are many things that are legitimate problems facing black countries. These things are not unique to black countries, but the level of societal failure is.
There are microcosm cities of this point in the United States. New Orleans after Katrina was a very good example. When law and order broke down, the city resembled a third world disaster zone. People huddled in the super dome, and groups of young black men took it upon themselves to go on a gangrape spree.
