the problem with this music, it's too damn mellow... too slow and over-medicated while I've always been hyper as fuk, often want to be the center of attention while running around and breaking shit. im being sarcastic some, but it's true... the music didn't correspond to my personal energy level.

See, abe gets it. Breaking shit. That's cool. Fast and deliberate. That's how I enjoy my music. I like stuff that pisses off Alah, and Christian god.

pretty much sums it up for me... i usually like harder stuff, that' why i always loved punk / hardcore, and even the hip hop i like is a bit on the harder side...
i do like some mellow stuff, like for ex, umm, neil young.. love neil young, but i love his voice, and he's always very soulful imo, something i never got from the dead, plus, i'm just not a big fan of jerry's voice.. it's not what i'd call a really strong voice..
my $.02

I do both, learned to compromise :)
lol, for me, drinking was just an appetizer really.. i would get a few drinks in me, then want to get the party started proper, usually with a bit of blow or w/e else i could get my hands on...
that's why i don't really drink much now.. i'll have a few drinks now and then, but try and keep away from getting shit faces as i know i'll be over the bridge and into the hood before you can say crack rock.. after 13 years clean, i just can't be going there..

man, i can't get into whiskey, or pretty much any brown booze for that matter.. i hate being hung over, that's why i've always preferred weed .. :D
