Have you had any problems with slugs this year? I've never had problems with them and now they're invading my plants full force. Both slugs and snails. I bought slug and snail killing pellets but they didn't seem to work.. I've got too many to try the eggshells.

No problems with slugs, just all the other critters this year.I inspect when there and remove any.always find a couple periodically.heard beer gets them, put in small container and they go in.

I have a prob like this im about to go and try to remedy , I made a post for it in the help section. I was told sand under and around the pots will help as well as copper around the base of the stem.
Those sluggish bastards better go away.

I got slugs ignoring the bait around one of my plants, but I got copper tape that I'm going to put around the base of my plant.
The tape is 30mm wide but I'm going to double it to 60mm because I read that snails will arc over the tape if it's not wide enough.
