The only thing worse than something that shouldn't be illegal being so, is when the entity that enforces law declares it won't enforce some and will enforce others.

This is a way to achieve tyranny in a otherwise free state; leaving sometime illegal officially, and declining to enforce it's prohibition.

It is a way where those who enforce the law can choose who to punish for breaking it.

I think weed should be legal. I applaud CO and WA for their pushing the limits.

Then all the dispensaries will be raided and shut down, the operators imprisoned, and granny won't get her medicine. I don't think any president to come in the near future will try to reverse the advances that have been made, tho. The movement is too strong and getting even stronger. I wouldn't be surprised if various states enact regulatory nightmares, tho. Too much money in it.
