Flowering - 61 Day old Killer Kush Indica!

Thanks! Alot of people ask where the branches are but, I'm sure she's close to pure Indica... I've never seen and Indica with alot of branches. Our Sativa has an insane amount of branches, she looks like a Christmas tree. I think she's going to be just one big massive main cola. I would LOVE to get clones of her but I didn't think you could clone when they are in flowering... I've read only in Veg... Is that true?

I get all my plants to bush out by pinching the hurd as they grow. Normally induces the lateral branching but you're in good shape because no branches make for a huge cola.

Well revegging is a practice among many growers including myself. It normally takes a full month for a plant to reveg so by the time your crop is done - your clone is ready for flowering. You'll see a stop in all activities as this is normal. Once she starts to grow - just grab another clone while in veg and you are okay for many future grows. Especially if you liked the original bud.

She has branches that are coming off the main stalk that are 3 - 4 inches long and they have branches that are just starting off of them... All have buds on them and new growth in the new nodes... I'll see if one of the pics I took displays what I mean. If not I'll take one to show you what I mean. So she is growing branches, has been for the last few weeks. I just don't know why they started growing so late. It's either two things I think... Either the strain, or ME fucking them up being a newbie. Either way she's a HARDY strain to be budding like she is if things aren't normal. I just don't know that's what sucks...

First off I'd like to apologize to any mods if bringing an outside link goes against the TOS. I tried searching for a revegging tutorial here on RIU but the closest I was able to come was a post by KP stating what I mentioned above. https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/16829-revegging.html

Regenerating is pretty much the act of cloning but your case has a little twist because you're cloning a flowering plant that has to be shocked back into veg. But I feel that shocking a small chute back into veg renders way better chances than shocking a fully grown, already harvested plant back into veg. Although people have had success doing this - it's still a coin toss. But revegging a small shoot should be more like a 90%+ herm free success rate...

Nonetheless here is a very useful tutorial I used in the past from ICMag: International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums - How To Reveg It explans how to reveg a plant that has flowered and has already produced for you. Now I know it sounds interesting but as I've already attempted this - you will be proned for a herm. Try taking a chute off your plant and immediately dip in clean pH'ed water followed by your favorite rooting hormone. Then simply dip into your favorite medium. Trust me on this... It'll take a month before she starts to grow again. But rooting should occur as normal. As long as she's still green - you're in good shape. Sometimes this is convenient because I don't have a veg room and since they stay dormant for a month before activity begins again I don't have to look for places to store a rapidly growing plant. I just leave her in my 10gal fishtank with a cool floro. Once I'm done flowering I can move her into a 400HPS for 2 weeks and proceed to flower with a 1000HPS. It's actually pretty cool - especially when you're already flowering and don't have the space for another large plant to sit around.

Simply remember to leave lights at 20/4 - I know I know 18/6 is best but I'm a 20/4 - 24/0 type of guy...

I revegged 2 mothers from flowering to veg in 4 weeks, gave them an extra 2 to be sure. But you can tell when the pistols that show sex turn brown, then wither away to nearly falling off- then i waited to be sure. But I have had a pretty good success rate for my fist time cloning. Over 50% guess its not great, but I'd blame myself before I'd blame the method. Revegging is the shit. Works great so that you can flower your plants know which ones are male and female- remove the males and flower most of the females and reveg one so you have a second crop in a veg room waiting for the flowering when its time, perpetual harvest 101. I am aiming to get about 1 harvest of 6 plants every 5-6 weeks. And this method is pretty critical to that.

Thanks for all the info. I'm going to read up on that. I'm thinking that being prone to hermi's is because you are shocking it back to veg. Sounds cool tho. Thanks for sharing that with me!
