No flowers yet?

Hey all, seems like flowering is kicking in kinda late this year on some of my plants. A couple of my Blueberry Gums are in full flower but my Blue OG and Purple Pineberry ( which is suppose to be a very fast finisher, mid sept) is not? They are only showing white hairs here n there. Along with my c99 but I expected this from c99 being its a Sativa. I am in Ohio and currently getting 13:46:29 hrs of daylight.

I wonder what caused it this year? I usually have flowers first week of August, this is a late year I guess? Even tho daylight is diminishing eachday, still they wont flower...

I live in the midwest too and I have a few plants that have white hairs, and a few with nothing at all. All are sativas or hybrids. Its been a cooler, dry summer for sure. The stems all have red streaks from cool night temps.
Plants look ok, just nothing going on in the way of flowering. Could be a nervous fall this year.
