Rookie indoor grow, Help much appreciated!

Hey all!, here i have a few pictures of my grow setup i have 2 cfls going atm to pump as much heat as i can into the tent the 3 girls are looking pretty hagard im not sure if its to do with air ventilation or watering or incorrect lighting id really love if someone could take time to check these pics and leave a comment.

Heres a pic of the side of tent for air intake sorry the pics are on the piss :(
only just added this fan day or so ago to try put some fresh air in as the grow is in my wardrobe cuboard.

ok man great ill get the 6' exhaust going so you think its regarding the air flow of my tent which is stunting plants? i really didnt realise how important it is lol :(

im gonna say that your medium may be too rich in nutrient for the one that has yellowing and a deformed leaf....could also be too bright for such little plants or both

get air blowing on the girl for stem strength or they may flop over. u need good air turn over and just keep it moving.

It's your soil. Too strong for the seedlings. You don't really need too much air flow at this point, that's definitely not what making your plants nute burned. How many watts are your 2 cfls, they shouldn't put out too much heat and the brightness of them isn't causing the problems. How hot is your tent? For small plants in a tent I use a small 6" clip fan set to low speed and it's approx 4 feet away from my seedlings. Seedlings only need a very small breeze, just enough that you can see them move a tiny bit in the breeze once in a while

What kind of soil medium are you using? Also you want your grow space temp to be between 75° and 81° to maintain a safe and comfortable growing environment. Its not good to pump heat into your grow space unless the temperature is below 75°.Also i noticed that your therometer seems as if it needs a new battery or you may need a new therometer. I prefer this kind that i have or a more upgrade device. Im agreeing about your soil medium is way too hot for your seedlings. You may need to get a Seed Starter soil medium for them IMMEDIATELY.
I also agree that that kind of lamp is too hot and too close to your seedling. Its almost as if i can here the seedling screeming. Im just curious to know what kind of soil youre using and what does your thermometer read? It looks like it says 43° and 22° then again it looks like says 93° Either of those temps is death to your seedlings. But dont get discouraged we can tell your cut out for it. We're here to guide you. Just a few pics this is my first grow as well. This is an humidity monitor and temp monitor. You can check Fahrenheit or Celcius temps. This helps.

hey all! gees thanks guys with all the awesome feedback! im unsure how to tag all your names in this reponse but i am using a general potting soil called hortico which we have over here in australia, it has no added nutrients in it and i have just added perlite for some drainage. i am using a 5000k 48w = 240 watt cfl lamp which is the big one on horizontal in pictures i posted i have removed the smaller one which was lying in the tray which i think could have somethin to do with making soil to hot for seedling?!?
Anyways my temps on gauge are round 22 to 23 (celsius) so im guesinng around 70 to 75 farenheit? im really struggling to keep it warm in here cos its still winter nearlly into spring..

iv read the potting soil packaging a little closer and says may contain traces of fertilizer and mineral additives fuckk lol maybe nute burn? lol

Now i understand bro. Im in America and the temps here are summer temps. So its a vice versa thing. I have to keep cool air flow to manage my temps. Do you guys have heating and electic bill programs? Im on a program that lets me pay $90 dollars a month on electricity for the duration this is the best way to go. To have a set amount on gas and electric.

haha yeah thermometer on its last legs! ah not here mate sounds good as though.. they charge us 33cents per KWH its expensive so might need to hit up solar panels eventually baha

Yeah cheers wazza i might have to give it a crack im really unsure of this potting soil im using for my seedlings.. ill go grab some tomorrow man thanks for heads up hows coir block work? rip some off put in a cup and water to expand?

i use a hand saw cause just like it says its a block...but hey you might be bigger than me lol

yep just add water and work it in...add a cup at a time and you will know when youve added enough 8)

Nar don't think so man doesn't look familiar unfortunately is that wat u use? Your grow looks awesome btw

Awesome thanks man so do u still add extra ferts to your grow when u use that tomato grow soil cos I noticed it already has ferts inside
