Yea the filter was 200$ new =)

The pump in the ez cloner does heat up the water but thats why i got a 60site cloner so the res is bigger and keeps the water just right, But i can see how a water can get too hot if you friend got the smaller 30site one

Im putting rooted clones straight into flower so they only get to be 12"-18" tall for the single cola SOG grow. I have 3 mother plants that i take clones from, and put into the ez cloner then straight to flower =)

I don't quite get what your set-up is though, you just put those small plants in the flood table and allready take clones? Where are you going to flower? Do you switch mh to hps ?

Everyones all positive and then you have to try and rain on her parade... your doing work girl.. looks good. wait til you see my set up.. actually i dont want you to see mine! yours blows mine out of the water.

Very nice setup Cali. I'll definitely be watching this grow as I want to learn more about hydro. Do you use CO2? Are you gonna utilize those other drain tables in the future or just stick to one. It would be tight to create a SOG perpetual goin with 4 diff tables. Well GL with ur grow and keep us updated.

I am doing a SOG grow and by the end of this week i should be filling another tray up, and within 2 months all 4 should be filled. No i don't run c02, This is my first grow and maybe i will upgrade to c02 after i get the tech. down. =)

hey cali, if u ever do use the co2, do it right, get the monitor and the controller, the entire system will be between 500-700 $.. co2 is great for weed, fantastic really.. but it can also destroy your harvest when not done correctly.. ya wanna keep that room at about 1200ppm 1 hour after the lights come on and shut down 1 hour b4 lights out.. but u will love the results.. ;)

theres alot of people trying to "jerry rig" co2, some/alot of people either dont really benefit from it or destryoy their harvest from not doing it correctly, but i promise ya, if you do it correctly, you will never want to harvest without it ;) its like taking what you have and doubling the potency... some say the yield is better but i think thats debatable??? i would put that on your list of "the next step" you'll love it....

do you have a link or info on where to buy the parts needed? i can find the tank.. but i need to find the reg and monitor.

Looks good caligirl you said you light is 12" above the tops but it looks like its more than a foot away to me. I've never grown kush but I would think the extra sativa genetics would make it more stretchy. What kind of tent are you using? I'm waiting for my homebox to be delivered. Area all your plants from clone?

I read that kush is mainly indica. Im using a Darkroom.
Yes all my plants are from my 5 mothers

Hmm I did more research it seems like some are selling hindu kush as an indica and others as a sativa. I think people are just selling different seeds and calling it kush. I always thought kush was sativa now the question is "Will the real kush please stand up?". I always thought this plant grew a bit taller compared to say white widow but now I just confused.

OG Kush is an indica... im growing lemon kush and its a hybrid sativa/indica. not sure the percentage, but it looks like a sativa growing. but alot of hybrids grow lke a sativa.

I think its a mix like 60 indica 40 sativa, my mothers have traits of both, Its very bushy with big leaves but is also at like 3ft tall already. So not too sure but well see!

Yeah its Indica dominate but I guess they are just saying that it is a landrace from that area and there are probable some sative. What I am trying to say is that someone goes to Afganastan and brings back some good weed, or finds some good weed and brings back the seed. That seed came from the Hindu Kush area so they mark those seed as Kush. Different people could have different seeds from that area. There are mostly indicas in that area but could be some sativas. Who knows also there is a lot of misinfo out there too. People mix seeds up or people are money hungry and sell it for something else (kush demands a high price usually) and there you have it. There is a bunch of different kushes out there now but the real ones should be mostly indica. See all the LA Kush, bubba kush, Purp kush etc etc and those are just different phenos from Kush, so a kush could be bread to be mostly sativa by just breeding the ones that have most sativa qualitys. For years and years everyone though Romulan was a pure indica (at least everyone I know and the clubs I saw) now we all know it is a pure sativa that was bread for its short stature. Through breeding we can be coming up with some good genes now that everyone is on the same page and knows what they are doing moreso than 20 years ago ya know.
