one of me Fudo mayo x 9lb is a male. Dropped balls pretty quick. I set it next my mojos og outside. So that cross can possibly be what I use in the comp after the next comp since I'm going to win this one .wont be able to compete in the next comp. Now that I thought about it. 12/12 from seed plants usually show sex in 3-5 weeks. Males almost always show sex earlier than females. Mine are about 3 weeks old. So should be a good male selection. Showing sex isn't that early considering...

You're pretty confident of victory, sir. I bet there are a few naysayers in the crowd, to your assertions, m8!

I believe we started our beans around the same time, as I'm about exactly the same spot as you are, right now. I've got at least one more male, hoping its only one more...I wanted to have at least one fem of my own cross. Still waiting for the last two cups to show sex.

It's her 3 week birthday so here's a glamor shot. I couldn't stop myself and chopped off her 1st and 2nd nodes and toped her,so she'll be going with just her 3rd and 4th nodes. She's been soaking up 850 umoles and is really starting to take off.

I'm a little over 2 weeks in, still waiting for some roots to get settled in, then we'll see some real growth... maybe next time I should add in some type blue spectrum, cup 2 there in the middle is pushing about 4-5 inches already and just dropped her second set of true leaves...I'm not worried, I'm a grower not a show-er!

Hey, wasn't miracle grow called paraquat back in the 80's?.

My question is why is there a "California Only" kind of Miracle Grow? Do they use a higher grade of chicken shit? Maybe real ground penguin instead plutonium? What's it got/not got int it?

Balls, balls, balls, everywhere. Starting to look like a sausage party in my cup lineup this round. Its ok...I needed some space. My damn PB's are crowding that whole side of the tent out...cant wait to pull them down and give my party cup babies the XGS to themselves for a while.

i know the feeling. I have so many seeds and strains I don't have room to do them all and keep the same strains. Im getting more seeds soon. Plus I have some breeding going on outside. Next year at the new spot I'll get them all going.

Since we moved back to the city, I'm a little too cautious to venture outdoors with my "special veggies" too much, yet. I am planning on building a greenhouse one of these days...that will provide me a bit of cover.

Hey everybody, this is my 3 week update. I also upgraded my tent, another xgs 190. What a difference when both are lit. Looking forward to the next grow but going to wait for cooler weather or what we should be calling winter here in cali, summer lite. Current heat wave is cooking the back of my house where my tent is. I've got extra fans and leaving the tent open during lights on. Seems to be helping. Here they are, seem a little small for 3 weeks but being my first cup grow I have no idea how big they should be at this point.

Mine is one day older than yours but I'm not sure mine is normal size since I mainly work with clones and have very little seed experience.
