Yes, if only it was so easy as 'cutting the rope'. For me, cutting the rope took many years of work on self. Hell, I've been walking a different road for just over 20 years 'finding my way home'. Some folks have an easy go of it, some need to stay focused a little longer, imho, it's not quantity, it's quality.
In other words I found for me it was not an overnight process, tried that, failed miserably.....lol

On those days I think I've got it all figured out, then I know I'm fucked. There is always something to 'learn'. As the elders I know have told me, 'if you're not learning and growing, you're wilting'.

Yeah deff, some have a much larger boat and a much larger rope to go with that bigger anchor.

I can't imagine going decades around the track and not being able to change course. One day is one too many.

If anything, you must be persistent.

Picking a coloring book and the right crayon to scribble with can take you a long way. The book isn't going to color itself. But if you leave it alone, it will surely be blank when you do decide to get back to it.

What does this mean? Do you believe that the foods you eat have any actual effect on human PH? Our PH is maintained through homeostatic processes, primarily through our respiratory system and through metabolic buffering using our renal system. Anyone selling "alkaline" anything is selling snake oil. Don't pay real money to scam artists.
