What was the first song you noticed...the first time you got high on pot?

Steppinwolf, born to be wild, newly released.

Brings back that memory every time.

Lsd, tantos expanding head band, "zero time". I had taken acid before but had never gotten into music on it till that album.

i just remember how funny my friends nose looked and how this tiny hill seemed like a mountain. 4 best friends and pot for first time what an awesome memory!

Some chick music… I was rolling around with my bro and 2 of his friends, chick was driving… probably something like the Pixies or I don't know some chick crap I was high!!

LSD… Dark Side of the Moon album, I had planned that since I was like 13 and bought the damn thing, listening to it and started seeing shit dance around on the table..

Shrooms no music memory… my bro knew I ate em and he put on Sleepers… fucking movies about guards who but raped kids at a juvie place anyways tripping on on that movie at the time.

Its cliche,but lsd,and the Beatles..they were not even in my vocabulary...yellow submarine...
Im still not a fan,but the music on acid was great!
I liked Alice in chains and skinny puppy when I was high and 12...
Shrooms was jethro tull..songs from the wood...
Mdma would have to be Nigel Richards or roni size...

i said this the other day on another thread, but when i first started doing lsd, that tom petty song, last dance with mary jane, and the blind melon, no rain, videos were constantly on mtv when the m stood for music, and i must have listened to both of them quite a bit back in the day on lsd..
for mdma, it'd have to be brit pop, some oasis stuff, the verve, drugs don't work, they just make you sick, lol.. what else, of course a lot of edm..
oh yeah, also loved tripping to a lot of beatles stuff, but i preferred the white album.. i left a rave one night, got in the car, and a beatles song was playing, and it was the moment i realized what music was really about, how it filled every space possible.. was great..
i also liked the dark side of the moon when i first started smoking, cheesy but good none the less.. a lot of the doors smoking pcp and some weed as well..

Can't actually remember the song but it kinda marks the transition from punk to dead head. Was a slow transition and the music in between was vast.

The first song I listened to was running through my head(not playing out loud) in the bathroom as I sat criss-crossed and stared at the wall in amazement that my mind could do such an amazing thing. It was this weird, traditional Italian song that I heard from Dead Can Dance.

Can't really remember my first music/pot experience but I do remember listening to a lot of James Gang, Zepplein, Doors, Sabbath, and Cream when I first started smoking.
