I guess I didn't really think about that.. adding water would dilute the solution. You'd have to evaporate it, then add the powder to water and filter out the excess APAP.

for every teaspoon (5ml), you ingest 120mg Tylenol and 12 mg codeine. don't dip the buds in the mixture as it will taste like shit and no buzz.

By using far less heat than you need to smoke bud
Also people smoke freebase fentanyl and heroin. Salts as the codeine would be have even higher boiling points and generally don't smoke well. I'm really not sure about the oxy smoking phenomenon. It shouldn't work but people clearly are getting high from it.

It does indeed work but the tradeoff is bad. A serious oxy rush for reduction in bioavailability and of course inhaling burnt binders, cellulose, carrying agents and now of course, that polymer matrix.
Finally, the old no free lunch rule. Bigger the rush, shorter the legs, you gotta be smoking that stuff all day long.
I certainly wont do it again.
I recall when smoking ludes got big. I protested that it couldnt possibly work but sure enough it did. Found out later that classic 714's are base. Problem was that an attractive dose is 300 mg, thats a lot if smoke. Found out later that the stuff yields threshold at ten mg. so... Fugure maybe forty or fifty mg delivered instantaneously might feel like several times that.

Just dont "dip" your good bud in anything, dont sprinkle cocaine in it, dont put embalming fluid in it, pcp, dmt, opium, cough syrup, fentanyl, hydrocodone, nothing.
