Blockhead ready yet?

Hey any help will surely be appreciated! I've got my blockhead in flowering on day 53 today and I have been lacking to find any information on harvest time for this strain. It was started from seed I found in a bag of bud so not sure on the breeder which make its difficult to predict. I found something on seedfinder claiming it to be 52-72 days finish. Anyway what do ya think? Another week or two?

i agree with riddle, not done.. another good few weeks left imvho.

Hey great thanks for the speedy response! I was thinking the same thing though I'm still pretty new to growing I had to get another opinion. Will wait it out til about day 64 I'm thinking and probably check in again to see what ya think. Next pics I'll try and remember lights off. Cheers!

Update time! Day 60. Pulled out my blockhead before lights came on today. Thinking it's ready! What do you think? Looking for most potent high. Ready or not?

Its a individual preference,some wait till the trichs turn amber (10-15%)some just cloudy.the longer you wait the more pronounced the couch lock effect will be.

I'm not an expert. I go with the pistil color. If most of them are brown and curled inward, it's ready. I'd say, ready Freddy!

Hey everyone I appreciate all the helpful comments! I've decided today I'm going to harvest her. Pistils are about 50%-70% brown and curling back in which is right around what I'm looking for. Will update with harvest pics and possible smoke report! Thanks again all.

UPDATE harvest was a success! Trimmed it all up and hung to dry for last 4 days or so in 65 degree temp and about 55-60% humidity. Outsides of buds were a bit stiff and stem bent but did not break so sealed the nugs up in jars today with hydrometer to keep an eye on humidity. I've ready about 62 % humidity is optimal for a good cure. Weight as of now is about 3.5 ounces. Personal Best harvest so far! But my next plants look like they may beat it by a lot smell is amazing! Cant keep my nose out of the jar! Ground some up to test and grinding it up the smell only gets more intense. I used my vape to test it out and dry it out some. Was very tasty and smooth so far. Can't wait for the finished product!
