Okay, I should have been clearer.

I should have said murdering people solves nothing. I believe it is morally acceptable to kill somebody actively involved in attempting to kill you. (self defense) . In other words murder begins where self defense ends.

It is my opinion that both the burnt pilot and the people that were strung up were murdered. In both cases the person(s) was subdued and had no ability to harm anyone further. I'm not a fan of burning people alive or droning them or hanging them.

You can't achieve a moral end using immoral means.

There is no "we" when people murder. Allow me to explain. Part of the desensitization of systemically derived murder comes from pushing the idea that if the blame is spread thin enough, that individuals are not responsible for their actions. I'm sure you're up on the Nuremberg excuse?

In order to get on the base you have to be 18. Most are there in the hopes of finding some GI to marry and take them to the USA. I guess seeing how you never served you would never know.
