Herbies sropped the tracked mail option due to seizing by customs. The ten pounds extra you paid basically is your insurance for your package if you do not recieve it within a months time. If you dont get it by then herbies will send out more packages insuring you get one. This info can be found on the website, and I was turned onto this site by a grower who had used it for years now
