fc had a post saying people were trying to cheat, so i hit him up right away to clear things up , offered him my facebook password so he could look at the dated conversations and he refused. im not lying, or was ever hiding anything, which is why i made this offer, and him refusing has left me in a gray area. i had little to loose, but everything to gain simply if he had took me up on 1 of many offers that could of proved everything i was telling him.
theres been plenty of people with questions regarding a rule, to avoid be disqualified, and right away. hes always answered right away, so why not me?
I have no favorites, or people I dislike going into this. You have done nothing wrong and I feel that if the community can answer your questions accurately, why should I have to say it again? Did I ever say " @glockdoc you are cheating and need to leave"?
Seeds must be "above ground" by 3/1/15 with picture proof or the contestant may not use that seed(s) as an entry.
YOUR FIRST POST IS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN WHEN YOU GERMINATE YOUR SEED(S) NOT WHEN YOU PLANT THEM! IF YOU ARE POSTING PICTURES OF SEEDLINGS AND NOT (A) SEED(S) WITH A TAP ROOT YOU'RE WRONG.

-1st post; or germination post must contain the following: strain name, nutrients used, light source used, media used and germination date (day of sprout)

To spell this out, I will rephrase it:

The first post a contestant makes (also called the "germination post") must contain all information regarding your grow including: strain, nutrients, lighting, grow medium, germination and or sprout date (because "germination" definitions are so widely variant we will refer to my definition for this contest)

THAT'S WHY PEOPLE ARE POSTING PICTURES OF SEEDS IN PAPER TOWEL. IF EVERYONE REMEMBERS WE HAD A RULING ABOUT WHAT "GERMINATE" MEANS EARLIER IN THE COMPETITION (post #61 on page 4!).... <----- LINK

ABOVE GROUND-
this means that your seedling must be planted and be above the medium "horizon line"

@glockdoc do you have any questions regarding this? You seem to be the only one who doesn't understand this... Everyone has their own method to germinate, but we are all trying to get the same results, it all just needs to be documented in the same manner...

Have you tried using extra myco in the medium? I find it helps drastically reduce the likelihood of damping off, probably (I'm guessing) by out-competing the various fungi that cause it. I plant my seedlings as soon as the shells crack, i try to get em before the tap root comes out to prevent damage and disorientation, and I like to plant them a little deep so they have a bit of distance to shed the shell before they hit the top, I've just noticed it helps them get established a bit quicker.
Myco will last for two weeks in soil, giving roots abit of time .. Cinnamon also helps with the damping!
Best of luck y'all..

Ah, inlight of reading this post should I just turn all of my lights on now to keep things simple? I don't want to step on toes....
You should be good...its all about your initial light declaration. Many of us have panels with two settings on them, and its never been an issue in past comps to turn to the 2nd setting when the plants are bigger.

@provisionseeds the website looks fantastic, very professional, but I couldn't find anything sativa leaning. It all seemed heavily indica influenced.

Not trying to be an asshole but if I pick your seeds as my prize I want to know what all of my options are. Thanks!

@lmoore2680, I'm not saying I've already won that prize. Pull your panties out of a bunch.

If I have the opportunity to choose @provisionseeds as my prize, I just want to know what the sativa influenced options are.
we'll try our best to for fill the winners needs. Thats a promise. forget us as a seed bank for a sec. Us growers need to unite as one and support each other.
