Also, someone count the issues that FC has failed to reply to without
being prompted 3+ times.
Someone else should count the number of fucks that everyone gives about your opinion at this point. Oh wait, that number is zero, and you've been DQ'd. So please, with all due(again zero) respect.

you have to use provision seeds and show.proof of purchase to enter. Not much diversity in strains for the comp Since all are crossed with purple.kush. I'm over that comp already. Marketing......
Hi,

This competition we set up is for thanking those who supported us and for those that supports us. You are not required to buy our seeds. It can be given to you from a friend, given to you as a freebie, or won from a contest.

We are not hosting the competition for someone to support other breeders and we are not giving back to the community on other breeders behalf.

We have had lots of RIU members showing us alot of love and this is US showing them back

So I was at the store earlier today and was walking down the aisle with the party cups so I decided to take a look at them all. And would you know it they have the same exact western family cups that I have, it says they are 16oz on price tag, on the packaging as my previous pictures posted showed. Same ridges as the ones I have that others said are only by jensen cups. So I do in fact have 16oz cups I even took a picture through the top of the bag to show they even have the same exact stamp as the ones I have.

Now considering they have the same stamp and are marked as 16oz packaging, they are either 16oz or somehow western family fucked up all their packaging, considering I bought mine close to year ago I think that's more unlikely. They even had them in blue with the ridges as well. Didn't take pictures of those, maybe should have though.View attachment 3382705View attachment 3382706 View attachment 3382707 View attachment 3382708 View attachment 3382709

Yep sorry. Don't want to keep wasting precious interweb space. Anyways. Who thinks growing in whatever size container you want in the provision comp is awesome? Fucking foreverfly should do that one with his monster ass OGs in 50 gallon fabric trashcan ;)
I'm really hoping we get some people doing big outdoor grows like that, too entertaining.

Although everyone's going to be running the same strains, the free range to grow however you please will provide more than enough variety to keep it interesting... I may still be sticking to my party cups tho! Gotta see how the PW responds for future pcc's

call it what you want. How is it showing love back. Holding a comp with other sponsors... Nothing out of your pocket. Yet you will get probably 200 entries. That's 200 sales of seeds at one time or another. Again marketing.

Unless you plan on donating all that money to a good charity for als, autism, epilepsy, cancer, homeless etc.... Then that would be giving back.

That's one way to look at it. Another way to look at it is that there are a lot of people who ALREADY bought packs before the comp was set up, and for them there is nothing but the potential gain of winning a prize by showing off plants you were already going to grow. That feels like giving back to me. Your point of view only makes sense from the perspective of someone who would have to buy seeds in order to compete, and honestly I feel like it is primarily aimed at people who already have the seeds (Although I'm sure selling a few more packs to eager competitors is a welcome bonus), and I'm happy that they are doing it, and I'm happy I was invited to compete in it. So I'm gonna throw out a bravo to @provisionseeds

Nothing out of our pocket? We we're given 1 method seven glasses, we are giving away 2 or more in total. Think what you would want to think, we're not gonna be here to spam this thread.

If you like you can reach out to the companies and see if they would want to sponsor your competition.

If this method is good for marketing, I dont see any other breeder doing the same thing.

Labels can be deceiving, I also purchased "16oz" cups that wound up being 18oz, (luckily I checked bottom before comp started and went out and found new ones, that's the only reason I'm in clear cups, I couldn't find ANY solid colors in 16oz). I would still operate under the assumption that the bag is the incorrect label, as the factory that is stamping the cups is a much more reliable marker than whoever is bagging them for local distribution.

Thats cool... Except your trying to push your experience off as mine. I highly doubt that western family has misspackaged their product for over a year. You also said there was no such thing as western family ridged cups, which I also just proved wrong. Mine also do not say 573ml on mine like yours does. This cups are at all the local yokes around my area, I dunno about other stores as I have not checked them because yokes is where I shop.

and with pictures here is 16oz of water in the cups as well.. You can try and say they are 18oz all you want but I have shown multiple varieties of evidence that they are 16oz, you can argue all you want and that is fine but in my opinion it would be just grasping at air now.
