do you have apH pen? gunna be a really shitty grow for you without one, soilless is pretty touchy about what you put in (since its inert) and requires a slightly lowered pH from a soil grow

I'll get one. The coco I'm gonna use is has a buffer in it if that's what you call it. But I'll make sure to check everything just to be sure

ok so im at week 6 and only of my plants leaves are yellowing bad...am i misssing something or is it lock out

Ok found my answer lol...didn't know it was normal....this one is the richest one also. So I'm guessing the others might take a bit longer...I got a scope coming in the mail. Should be here by Friday.. I can look at the trich then....I'm trying to find a fool proof way to dry... I would hate to do all this work and then have hay

do you have fungus gnats? seems a bit early to see yellowing on your lower fan leaves already, if my gnats get too bad this happens a lot as they are eating your outer roots the plant cant support all that growth anymore.

the trichs on auto's are confusing IMO you may not ever get any amber or you may get a few but the majority will still be shiny and clear ...... or they may all stay cloudy even past prime .... the easiest way ive found is to watch the " pushes " of white hairs the hairs will dry and recede then you will get another push of them i try to chop around the second / third time it does it then the majority of hairs will be dry and receded 75-80% ....... i think @BostonGardenahh chops his on the second or third aswell
they may just be lacking in nitrogen ......... if no lime was added to the soil then ph may be falling some .... or like BF said .... this is the main problem when feeding by a schedule with auto's ........... you really just need to learn to read the plant ...... find a deficiency chart and study up ...... then when you get a minor issue you can catch it while its still minor ........ fans yellowing is usually a N def ..... yellowing between green veins is a mag def ....... you can force them to finish early by starving them ........ but why ???? if youre only going to save a week or two of power and take a yield loss

I don't know all my other plants are dark and rich..this one is like it's trying to throw in the towel...I did have a bad gnat problem but they seem to have gone away with me spraying the drip pan everytime I watered....if it's a nitro problem how could add more without problems

honestly if I have one/cpl plant(s) off I give them a little urine... there is enough NPK in our urine- it could grow all the food we eat in a yr....
ya the trics on autos are hard to read for all the reasons tekdc911 said... I do scope them just to see whats going on... but not for harvest... they go through a clear cycle where the 1st flush and the hairs die back.. then the 2nd flush id say doubles the weight... and depending on how hard they are pushing decides when i'm gunna chop... once they die back about 75% w/out really throwing out a lot of new ones for a cpl days I chop it...
but I still like to look at them through the scope... I've had a few of those sour60's w/purple going up the tri's stalks... that being said there are exceptions to every rule and there are autos that will reliably change- but most won't

no the cinnamon is true....but that should be used with spraying neem oil too. just make sure its cold press. the one i got off ebay really cheap and i think it will last me over a year....yeild is kind of sad in todays autos world...they have auto that will give 3 zips with no effort. i hope i can get an ounce off each one....not sure yet my hopes are going down. if you do grow them pack your grow area with as many possible. i only started with 4 and had 1 male. should have did all 5 and hope for another lady

i believe most people like sour60 for its complexity not yield. smells you get are crazy and there are so many phenos. you really get like 5-7 different strains off one grow.

this is the latest feeding. i like the idea of feeding the tub now. it allows me to clean the room and i don't have to worry about the run off as much. keeps the bugs down. i spray the drip pans with neem and vacuum the floor. and back they go. the vert growth has stop and the tallest is about 21 inches

when he says flush he's talking about the hairs dying and then coming back ...... the final weeks is when they do most there swelling ......... they look to be on the first push ....... most the hairs are red ........ this would be a good time to harvest if they were photo ....... but you'll get another growth spurt in a few days and the white hairs will show back up
