I put theme in 65 gallon smart pots on June1 they look like there flower it July 2 should I just cut theme down put new clones in or is it to late

Hard to say, I would just let them grow. If you can put out another 6-12 more plants in other pots.

So I got 15 more pots today smaller pots only 15 gallon pots but i was wonder what kind would be the best plant to plant this late

Those are flowering for sure. They should get bigger but i don't think they'll max out the space you provided.

I would slowly introduce flowe nutes. Keep giving em at least half strength veg nutes for a little longer. And any empty containers you might have should be filled with more cannabis plants. No point in having empty containers sitting around!

Whatever you like man. Depending on where you are there could be just enough veg time left. Since you said you have dark heart cuts I assume you're on the west coast. So you can plant still if you are.
