Have you looked into Ann Arbor and/or Ypsilanti? They're all a bit saturated with dispensaries but I've read about quite a few stories of thieves busting through cinder block walls to get inside buildings in Detroit.

Obviously its been a while since you mentioned wisco or minnesota but if I was holding ouy hope for 1, being a resident of wisco, I would say minnesota is morr likely. I love my state but we are heading in the wrong direction and I am finally about ready to jump ship. Well I have been mentally prepared a while its the pesky financials that hold me back lol.
Thats part of the reason detroit appeals to me personally is that I could make shit happen a lot quicker and just the idea of being legal is very appealing even if I have to look over my shoulder just as much.
