Yeah it's real easy actually, first you cut off the top third or whatever buds have matured, then you wait a week or two and chop what remains.

Not trying to sound like a dick but it really is pretty straightforward, I don't even think you'll find an expanded explanation.

Mon harvest the plants two, three times. Usually after the first chops, it takes about a week for it to start growing again and get over the shock and then another two weeks to fill out.

If you flush before chopping, mon recommends feeding again until the last week.

I hit it with serious side light. Seems to make the plant mature and ripen on the lower areas at the same rate as top. So you can harvest it all together!

The bigger your plant, the more reason you have to double harvest. This is just my opinion, but if you have a big-ass plant, you get lots of new growth after the the 12/12 flip. This can go on for 2 or 3 weeks, you can end up with like thirty percent more plant. So if the top third of your plant is 9 weeks, the bottom third, this "new growth" is only 6-7 weeks. Why not give it a couple more weeks to fatten up? If you grow small plants, there just won't be as much bottom stuff to worry. The second harvest isn't a magic way to increase production beyond what is natural, it's just a tool to get all you can out of your plants.
