Oh, you`re missing the good part,...subsidy is not forever, it`s to get you started on track with knowhow,...people tell me in five years that 48 dollars goes to the thousands, all that cost get`s made up for in the short run.

I hope that aint true because a lot are in it now.

I went from paying $500 a month for the three of us to paying $48 a month for the three of us and a little better coverage to boot. But obviously shit's still broken. Why do we have to wait at all? My daughter isn't sick thank god, But she's 2, them fuckers hurt themselves sometimes! She was taking speech classes because she might have been a little delayed, but now that's all fucked too. I guess I'll just keep her inside for the next month.
because thems the rules..open enrollment is 1X per year or qualifying life change when it occurs.

to be honest, somewhere there was a disconnect not only with the 'stupid lady', but with you..when medicaid drops you are notified that it's going to happen in advance, at which time coverage through the exchange and your policy would have been available for the following month..you would of had to have been partially responsible because 'if' they were truly at fault, your child would have had insurance the next day..

i love you:hug:, know you're upset..but there's no dialing the clock back on this..consider it a lesson and be glad you are not paying $500/month anymore..you are paying $48/month for BETTER coverage for a PHENOMENAL 960% savings..damn! you're lucky!..a total win/win.

my dilemma is, had 100% free with subsidies last year..the same policy (by the insurance company) was quoted as $33/month..all i need (or needed was rx for expensive meds in which generic is nearly the same price as brand). got the bill for $77:lol: might as well been $7k/month.

so now i have nothing and it sucks..although the expensive medicine i've been taking for panic attacks (multiples one on top of each other..hard to drive, work) i haven't been able to take and i knew the time was coming where there was just no alternative, but to stop, because employment has been hard to find (the job post that i was invited to by department program director has 78 applicants for a $13/hour job:shock:) even for what i'm studying..they want fluent bi-lingual as opposed to limited proficiency..you don't know how many jobs i've applied for over the summer..all the black and white students are having issue with this..so i've tappered off the medication as low as i could..bad effects were minimal this time because i prepared..but guess what? i'm not having the panic attacks and feel great!

neo, this is a good time to take your outrage and work for the candidate of your choice in order to elicit the change that's much needed..by you doing this, you do your candidate a service because that will be one less favor they will have to pay someone else back to get elected. we don't need money in elections, just people..it had to get this bad for people to realize..back in the day there was more involvement..the tide turned when supremes voted for CU which was 20 years in the making.

to everyone reading this: put down the device..close out the social network and make a change!

human interaction feels good..it really does!

That's the whole of the complaint! There was no disconnect on my part. I called well in advance and had everything worked out. The stupid lady just fucked up and never hit complete or something. The guy I talked to even said she just never finished and since it was after the 1st there was nothing anyone could do "because that's how it works".

this is your choice..that's what america is all about.

obama has nothing to do with..it's the insurance companies.

further, you hurt yourself overall because much of the coverage is about 'well-care' circumventing illness that could have been prevented if you had coverage..your post above is proof of illogical mind-set 'go to clinics when necessary'..male definition of 'when necessary': when it's about to fall off or you can't stand the pain any further.

this is what costs the insurance companies and american people so much money as often times we have to pay for your illness at stage 3 or 4, trying to keep your ass, alive when if you would have went to 'well care' screenings, it could have been caught at stage 1.

let me ask this..if you had a choice of prostate cancer stage 1, or prostate cancer stage 3..which would you choose?

You're right.
I should have gotten it by now. I'm lazy and missed the cut off though and was too lazy to find private care after open enrollment for BarryCare closed. I've enjoyed the savings though, I haven't paid a dollar in medical bills for myself since I got hit with the fine last year from taxes.

Hey I guess the good part was I didn't get fined on my little ol tax refund, I got back 1,100 and didn't work a day.. How? I really don't know.. My grow partner filed taxes on me, not sure why. But it was nice..

i believe you..let me ask you a question..if they realized that the error was made and you caught after the 1st because you didn't receive the card..they should have been able to rectify..it's too bad their clerk made an error like this because if something were to happen to your daughter between now and then? their gonna have a suit on their hands.

if you want to pursue..ask for 'the guys' supervisor (then the supervisors, supervisor)..this is a minor child to be added to an existing policy..you just have to press the issue..it should be completely doable. i just gave you enough word track in the above paragraph to get it done..they made the mistake; they admitted and it's been recorded (remind them)..all those call are recorded.

good luck with, my friend and let us know:hug:

Hey- what if I just fucking lied this time when I file and told them I have insurance. If you're on obamacare do they send you a tax form or anything as proof of your insurance?

they cross reference with insurance companies through database with your SS#..no way to beat it, sadly.

Neo, Ask the Question again, this time in writing, with a postmark. (good luck with the address)

At least that way you can contest the lap in coverage should something bad happen and you have to sign the farm before Aid is rendered.

i don't recommend this..nothing will happen..everything's already been documented with conversation recorded.

the rules have changed, GP and so has the way we do business.

Yea, sometimes it's hard to teach an old dog a new trick.
it's the technology..if you don't keep up, you will succumb to it.

if there is anyway you can take an 'intro to micro usage'..i would.

windows 10 is different from everything prior with tiles, yada, yada..

what OS do you have at home?
