16 days into fllowering, what should my buds look like?

^ Too true. The more mature they are the quicker they will get to flowering. And fast strains are faster (obviously lol). So like I have a 7 week strain right now and also a 10 week strain. The 7 week one had a whole bunch of pistils all over before the 10 week strain even showed sex.

I got a plant I started flowering today that has been in veg for some time now and has already showed its sex. I hope to see buds form within two weeks but we will see. I will say this she is one big ass girl! The other two I started to flower were only about 10" tall when I started them. This one is 2' tall, i topped it a few times and has about 15 big ass tops. I can't wait to see what she brings to the table.

Here's an example of one I had that was pretty mature when I flipped, and is I think a 7 week strain. Already getting purple and had budsites everywhere, just 15 days of 12/12.

I have some clones that i flipped to flower when they where 18-21cm now 7 days later they have almost double in size ranging from 33-40cm. Its some kush strain and a couple lsd 9-10w strains right?

Lol, don't forget to add in dry and cure time, getting even longer now ain't it!

Hahah it will take a couple extra days yes.. its really cold here where i live and low humidity so it will maybe be a little shorter drying time hehe , or maybe i am just lying to myself to make it feel shorter in time hahah

You'd be doing yourself a favor stretching out the drying time. I like to have it take around 4 days. Makes for smoother smoke.

A couple extra days? From my understanding it takes about two weeks to dry & cure. I've never done it but its what I've read

How about LST during flowering, do you guys know any or should I just let them be and feed?

you can tie down branches so you get an even canopy, but if yr already 3 week in and yr growing apical, then ya, let it grow. if you topped early on and have a bush, then tying down the branches is very helpful in my exp.

I'm running most of the strains for the first time, but I've run the Dog before and it was among the top 3 strains I've ever grown. 8 weeks, super strong unique smell, huge buds, and a very heavy hitting smoke. Now that I think of it, I'm pretty sure that's the only strain of theirs I've grown before this round.

Naw! 4 days of drying 3-5 weeks cure depends on your environment.
The longer the cure the smother and tastier the smoke will be, just helped my friend cure his harvest that was 5 from chop.

Ok now this is the pod im worried about. It does have hairs coming out of it but it looks funny and completely different from every other pod on the plant. Can i get some feed back because i dont want to trash it but i dont want a herm destroying my other plants and mainly the new one i got in there starting to flower.
