If you're starting out u gotta ask do u 2 anna lose weight or gain mass? If you're after mass you want a high cal diet coupled with high protein so you'd be looking for 40gs of protein for meal say a gram or protein per kg so if you're shooting for 180kg of solid mass you want 4 solid meals of 40g of protein n 20 thrown in there. Ur plan of action is 6 meals a day which keeps the digestive system working thus burning more call but still enough to gain quality mass. If you wanna lean up cut ur calories but calories are really important so are fats (mono n polyunsaturated fats are the ones u want which are in nuts n shit) low fat usually == high salt or sugar which isn't good,you're pretty much better off getting the full fat n switching to say say brown bread as apposed to which or sweet potatoes as apposed to regulate n so on. You want high potassium foods such as an advacado which has more potassium than a banana n it's fucking packed with super cool fats.latly u want quality protein n calories. The shakes recommend 2 a day but by some protein milk n add one scoop instead of two thus stretching out the powder n adding extra quality protein to ones diet...also handy if u can't eat 6 times a day u could have 3 shakes 3 meals n snacks like half a banana or nuts/seeds or some healthy shit like that...starting off body building you'll get noobs gains which get u hooked if you persists so at first try to workout everything within an hour (working out more is counter productive ) then once u gain enough noticeable mass isolate those groups for example leg day,chest day triceps n so on..pork's not good nor is red meat tbh best bets skinless chicken n all fish n cheat days some mince meat.
