sog no veg. Sure you may be pulling more. Ut im pulling it way quicker. And i have 4800 watts over a 5by 12 table
what? 5x12 you usw 4800 watts of hps lights? that is way to much imo. one harvest how much do you get off that 5x12 space?
nvm i just saw you say 5lbs no way in doing that its super ineffiecent

A lot of my dense purple nugs are 7 to 10 grams just one nug.
TBH now for some 1 week VEG will give them average yields on the low end you may get 1 - 2 more harvests a year but overall costs went up and yields went down.. So its really not efficient. or good practice
you made 5 pounds with 4800 watts . 47 That is Terrible i mean a novice first time grower under 1 light chances are,, He will pull better numbers in GPW
Its all about Efficiency
I am just saying you should re think your set up you should be pulling double or close to it pending on environment.. We are not here to re invent the Wheel but we do need to better our selfs in which ever way possible
You could easily take almost 2000 watts out of the room and into another veg plants little longer and most importantly less plants and achieve double triple per plant with more veg times pulling out plants every 3 - 4 weeks and putting in plants into flower room at same time with more veg time
All it takes is one cycle and your harvesting consistently and pulling every month etc i did it where every 3 weeks pulled out 10 plants at same time put in 10 plants
i mean you mentioning 10 gram buds i am talking 2 - 7 oz buds
you need to find that happy veg time frame 3 - 4 weeks to get max potential that plant will give you 1 week in most cases are to small and flipping them gives you that stretched weak plant that cannot hold any weight to begin with gallery_11738_4815_50809.jpg gallery_11738_4816_72830.jpg

I see what your saying. Im pretty sure i pulled 6 pounds tho. So 1.5 a light with hardly any veg wouldnt be bad

I just dont like to veg. Even tho if i did i could pull 4 to 5 zips a plant. I spend the same on soil same and less on electric and quicker even if i get less im busting out 2 more harvest per year

Hi guys this is my 1st post so must be a noob . I have a 1.2M x 3M flower space x2 600 hps, insulated running a carbon filter plugged into a vivarium thermostat and intake fan to keep temps under control. Running 30 plant soil sog under each 600 so getting a crop once every 4wks how much should I be expecting each harvest. Im not new to growing just new to sog. Cheers in advance.

Anyone???
Space is what limits yield for the most part, assuming your growing skills are average.

Meaning, whether you grow 4 bigger plants in your space or 30 little ones you will yield about the same.

In your space/lighting the average yield would be about 1.5ish pounds...

Ok thanks so u think if I aim for 20 oz that would be doable?

In that space with 1200w it should be easy... if you have no serious problems and a decent strain.
I wouldnt have 1200 I would have 600 as I have one 600 over each 30 so one harvest every month.
So would be pulling 30 plants a month and putting 30 clones in every month.
What im asking is how much each 30 plants should produce every month? Cheers

Sorry i misunderstood.
But its the same principle... half the light so probably a little more than half of 1.5 lbs... say 12 ozs or... 300ish grams as above...
