Absolutley not, Tim... Big no-no there. Lol. I could not believe how hot this particular bag was... Almost killed her replacement, too. I caught that one in time, and was able to flush before it got her.

I have heardheard more than one person say that, some mix fifty fifty with happy frog soil, looks like your going hydro, I have the parts to do flood drain, just have not done it

Yeah, it kinda bummed me out... I really wanted to grow out that widow, but I have a N.L. auto that is 2 weeks old and and recovering nicely that has taken its place... Guess I have to cut the soil...at a minimum I gotta look at the ppm when setting the soil ph.

RIU was down for me for a bit so i haven't been able to get on here, so no worries about not checking in. I have to grow up sometime and actually read the plant, right? Lol.
I think the first and second flush were done right on time, and seems to have worked well. I was told that if you pluck a fan leaf and bite the stem you can tell if the plant is flushed. If it tastes bitter, you have to flush again... tried it yesterday, and zero taste... Apparently thats what im looking for.
Plant is pretty...seeing purples and reds come through now, and fan leaves are pretty yellow...ALL leaves (even some fan leaves) are covered in frost, including lower buds, annnnddd every bud is dense...I count 23 major buds...if they can just dry to give me 1/8 ounce average i will be more than happy. Fingers crossed.
I have the shears, drying box, and mason jars on standby...Should be ready to harvest any day now. She is sleepin right now, will post new pics later today - here's what I have now.

Looks great. When i hang dry i juat clip off all of the large fan leaves and leave all the sugar leaves. Dry at 50-55% rh for first 2 days. After that bump it to 60 or 65% and dry nice and slow for remaining 7 days or so. Get some air circulating on the floor and watch out for mold smell. I try to do indirect air or it can dry crispy

571g for the buds...
aka 20 ounces...
aka holy shit...1lb 4 ounces!! Lol...
300g on the trim
I know they will shrink down to 1/3 of the weight... but that still means Im looking at 4-6 ounces!

I was going to hang dry mine in the garage by each branch... Glad I went to the forums first. I think my temps get to about the high 70s with about 55-60% humidity. I have no other location to to dryShould of hang dried the whole plant and just cut off large fan leaves. Ur gonna regret that
...I then will be tossing them into quart jars.
