Best nutrients for aero?

Learned this from a very good aero grower in another forum on lp aero

for flower in ro water base
Dutch master gold flower nutes a&b
DM zone 1ml gal of res if problems go higher
Cal mag 1ml gal
Silica 20ml per 30 gal

after 2 weeks (gradually build up koolbloom and resinator doses max 2 per week)
Gh Floralicious 1ml gal couple times per res
Gh koolbloom (dry powder flower formula) 1tsp add to res 2-3times per res
Sometimes instead of koolbloom I will use Rock Resinator 30ml (very stable)

Res change every 2 weeks. Top off as needed with ro and add base and bloom nutes as needed.
In aero usually 500 ppm is about max concentration, watch ur leaf tips if start yellowing back off ppm.
I run no chiller and using zone don't have root problems. I do not run my pump constant I use a
1min on 4min off cycle timer to keep res temps down.
Let ph fluctuate from 5.3 to 6.3 and adjust when out of range. This regime is pretty ph stable until
heavy koolbloom use, the rock resinator stays extremely stable. Gl OG

Thanks guys. I used the flora nova in a homemade system. The little sprayers clogged up so I took them out and just poked holes in the pvc.

Do you guys think it really matters what brand I buy? So long as I adjust the ppm to the highest the plants can handle, I should be okay right?

NPK is more important than brand. i like 3-1-2 for veg and 1-1-2 for bloom personally

Ionic Grow 3-1-5 or Bloom 3-2-6 one part one bottle one jug. 4 tspn per gallon of water. Ph down to about 5.8. This one jug is all you need to grow huge sticky buds. Dyna gro grow or bloom one part is very good too. Either of these super simple brands is all you need. One jug to rule them all.

When your growing a shit ton of buds the subtle nuances and whatnot you get from additives really gets lost in it all. Keep it simple. Besides a kelp foliar spray in veg (and this is for a bushy plant to give more buds in flower) every additive ive ever used....from bloom boosters to root promoters has given me very very subtle results when its all dried and cured up correctly in the jars.

My main concern is yield. Is there really an additive that will help that? My thinking is to keep the light as close as I can and feed em the highest amount they can handle. Does silica really help me with bending the plant? I'm going to be training them onto a table horizontally

There is not really a bottle of anything that will increase your yield so much as to make you say "wow". Dialing in your environment with temps humidity and especially co2 (expensive to do this where you will notice a big difference) will do it. Canopy managemnt techniques such as topping tying down net trellis and staking has always gave me more buds. But generally.....no....there is not a magic bottle or nutrient regimen that will make a huge difference in final weight.

If there was an additive in a bottle that really made a huge difference in final weight yields everybody and there grandma would be using it. Its just not like that. Doesnt work like that....at all.

Do you think flora nova would be okay if it isn't clogging up? I don't use sprayers. I poke holes in the hoses

I wouldnt use Flora Nova in an aero system. Think sterile with true water culture systems like aeroponics nft or dwc. I would anyways. A clean simple one or two part base and hydrogen peroxide always worked best for me in those setups. I mean you can especially taking the spray heads out of the system...but then your not really aero. Thats a key component of the deal.

Pretty sure it's still aero. Why buy sprayers and deal with them when I can just poke holes in the pvc or tubing? No clogs.

Whats the water temp in that system? Roots look a little brown to me. Could be the kelp pr humics. Are they slimy and break apart real easy?
