What's up with my leaves?

Some of my leaves on two plants are getting this weird thing that looks like a worm but it's in the leaf.

Its leaf miner. If you look underneath the leaf, you will see its maggot (pupae) as a tiny rice like grain. You can squeeze it & kill it right there, if its only 1 leaf affected, but a general attack will need more drastic action.
