I have been working with a driver company, LSDpower, for a while now, and am going to be a small distributor for them in the US. Some who have been around may have seen me recomend them in the past.
They have "the ability" to make any combo on they spec sheet. That does not mean that they have everyone available...they are basically made/adjusted to order in the factory. But the possibilities are endless. I used to recommend them for people looking for special currents for like 3590 72v builds.
Anyways...They are basically the equivalent to meanwell...even look damn similar. But are shorter/smaller than a meanwell. As efficient as meanwell, and I like I said, great options.
With that said I will be bringing in some stock options, but they are still developing the dimming on the 200w models...which I know is the hot ticket. But even not dimmable...I think could be in demand. They rest of the models 80w-150w are dimmable. They don't make any higher wattage options yet. We will be developing higher wattage drivers with them, and hopefully matching the most popular of meanwells catalog.
I have some 50w and 80w in right now for a small project and in the past bought a 120w and few 150w that have that have been running well over a year perfectly.
I want to know what options people would like to see??
To start I was thinking
-200w 1.4a 145v...4 cxb at 50w
-200w 1.8a 112v... 3 cxb/vero29 at 65w
-80w 2.1a 38v dimmable... 1cxb/vero29 at 80w.
or
100w 2.6a 39v dimmable...cxb/vero29
-Some 150w options...1.4a, 2.1a???
Special orders are always possible and on a bulk scale/big build are always easier, but cost will not be as good as a stock option. So let's pick some good ones.
