6tsp is 3tbs I believe. I calculated it out on a calculator but I may be wrong. I'm looking for the best I can. I took care of the gnat problem luckily. This website is mainly where I get all my info to include YouTube. Cali Green is a good guy I watched a ton of his videos. I'll post pics tomorrow that I took today. The stems are getting fatter and the small leaves on the bases of the stem and nodes and getting bigger. Sorry to sound like a complete asshat noob. All of us are noobs at one point. I appreciate everyone's constructive criticism. Truly thank you guys and I look forward to y'all following my grow!!
1tbsp = 15ml
1tsp = 5ml

Therefore, 1tbsp = 3tsp.

Chef ;)

Ditch that fucking soil. Give it to your mum for her Petunias'. Invest in a good quality light soil from a manufacturer like BioBizz, Plagron, Canna or Fox Farms. That will have al the nutes you need to take you pretty much to flowering with autoflowers. Haven't grown coco yet, so cant comment.

Dont feed unless your plants ask you for it. If they're green, and growing, it's all good. When you do feed, ignore manufacturers guides as they'll be designed for photoperiod plants with a longer lifespan. Autoflowers are sensitive souls in some ways. Start with 1/8-1/4 dose max, and alternate feed-water-feed-water.

I wouldn't plant three plants in that big ass tub again dude. My reasoning;

You want to ensure you water ALL the soil in that container fully, allowing for some runoff (excess water coming out the drainage holes). Tub that size and shape, runoff is gonna make a mess!

Secondly, you want the soil to dry out pretty much fully between waterings, in order to make those roots spread out in the search for it. That tub's gonna take forever to dry in the middle.

Thirdly, different plants have different requirements, so some will need feeding differently to others. If you were to grow three separate strains in one tub, you'd be limited by only being able to feed as one.

Peace, and good luck bro.

Lol what's wrong with the soil? It is organic has fish bone, bat guano and other shit. I like it lol. The tub is all I had. Def will be switching to the cheap black plastic pots. I'm using what I have. When I do water my plants I am pouring pretty much straight down the stem and about a 3 in circle around each plant. I'm not drenching the whole giant ass pot. If guess maybe a cup of water or 2 comes out the bottom. After a total of 8cups has been watered

Perlite seems like a popular option.....some people plant in straight perlite. Idk seems like soil is the most straight forward

Ohhhhhhh! The miracle grow is what I think your talking about lmao. The tub with the 3 plants is my organic stuff. The 2 small pots are the miracle grow. It's what was on sale and all they had lol I'll change it when I transplant

Hey dude, looking good so far. Welcome to the wonderful world of cannabis cultivation. I'm pretty new myself. Mind if I share a few things I learned?

I was a little shocked when you said three table spoons! As I'm sure you've read by now you should really start at 1/4 of the recommended feeding. I use Dyna-Gro for example and it recommends 1/2 teaspoon per gallon, so I started out at probably closer to 1/5 of a teaspoon.

1 Teaspoon = 5ML so I just dropped 1ML of feed in. This is to supplement my fox farms soil so I never dial the feeding up by much. It's real easy to over feed your plant just as it is to under feed it.

Your organic soil could use some perlite too. I usually do one part perlite one part organic soil to keep the mix 50/50. This provides great drainage and aeration for the roots.

I also see you have a few plants in one big bucket there. I'm just going to flat out say don't do that, put your babies in solo cups. Here is why.

When you have such a large container and no roots to fill it all the way up watering can be a pain. Do I add a lot or a little? When your roots aren't so well established it will take much longer for your container to dry out. By starting your plants in a smaller pot the roots will seek out the moisture in the small pot and grow and absorb better. Look at these roots! I allow my plants to show roots at the bottom of the container before transplanting and by doing so I believe I have encouraged my plants to grow healthier roots. Once the roots really reach out they will start drinking their whole pot up in a day or two. 20160402_203627.jpg

I've found growing to be as easy or as hard as you make it for yourself. I've already made my mistakes and definitely can say you'd be surprised just how little attention these plants actually need once you get a good feel for them. Think simple, allow your plants to grow and you'll get wonderful results.

Feel free to ask me questions, maybe I've learned something that could help you! :)

Thanks man!!! I have also since been using my dropper and adding 1ML of big bloom and 1ML of grow big. In a total of 4 cups of water followed by another 4 cups of just reg PH'ed water. Those pots will never be used again lol. Trust me. I need to find those plastic black pots and stick to those

You don't need to add regular PH'd water just after feeding, unless you mean you do four cups with feed one watering and four cups without the next. Otherwise you're just washing out your nutes.

Have you heard of smart pots? I think you'd really like them. I did my first grow in a smart pot and am using them currently for my second grow. I'd get the ones with the handles though should you consider them. Is there a local hydroponics store in your area? They would be able to provide you with a lot of what you need.

There is but its 35min away. They sell commercial lights lol. Seems like a store for advanced growers imo.
