Two growers running the same genetics.

Farmer A grows from seed.

Farmer B grows from clone.

Under the same conditions Farmer B will have more frequent and heavier yielding harvests. The reason for this is growing from clone knocks a few weeks off the growing process as well as the fact that clones can be vegetated to become huge as well. There is just such a huge advantage to cloning you're literally just saying no to better and faster yields by not doing it.
Certainly true in that aspect! However I would add that a seed-grown plant and a clone from that very plant, if they were close in age and hit 100% of their genetic potential, would have the exact same potential yield. You think so?

No, a clone is always going to have a head start on the seed. Given the same conditions and training I'm pretty sure clone will always win in terms of yield.

I could be wrong this is just my hypothesis based on what little I know.
