I know many caregivers (DG's) in Colorado with 99 plant limits/per patient (5 patients max). The state mandates a 99 plant limit/per patient (regardless of ailment) to not exceed Fed Felony laws (even tho the Feds are now barred from interfering with state MMJ laws). The 6 plant limit for rec is for "each" person of legal age (21) living in the dwelling...up to 24 plants max.

The rec limit only matters if you don't have medical docs.

can you reference the Colorado law that allows this ???

No where are they giving a 99 plant count per patient

The law limits caregivers, those who grow pot on behalf of patients, to 99 plants. The change means that some high-volume caregivers will face the same oversight as commercial growers, paying licensing fees and undergoing background checks.

Just texted a Colorado Cargiver with multiple grows, will find out if that's per patient or just a total of 99 plants across the board.

I don't know them all, and they change often. Google around for latest info, sorry I'm not more help here.

MMAR is small potatoes to the big producers, legal next Sept, huge market.
They want limits on # people you grow for. Don't want you taking TOO MANY customers.
Good PR for them to support MMAR. Tweed is. Most people won't grow. How many make beer and wine? At those "we brew shops"? Big players don't care.

Inspections? You correct above there. Where's the staff? HC behind 6 mo for MMPR.
