If we shipped this to you without screws I must apologise. your need M3 6mm for top of sink and m3.5 10mm for side

Then I suppose we are all good. It's not to much for a hundred screws so what's another $10. Should have everything here by Thursday.
Also I'll be doing a room build as well. (Not that I'm filling the whole thing with plants.) 12x26ft for flower and veg with a room devider to be able to adjust the size based on requirements.

$1228- for the CXB 3590 DB 4000k and heatsinks.
$20-for the screws and 48" Al angle iron.(thanks Mark didn't register you were the same one from cutter, my bad)
$211 for (4) HLG-185H-C1400A drivers.
Total $1459
Also this was actually pretty close. HS USA $384.56 with shipping and cutter was $515 with shipping.
I have drilled and tapped hole before for my first DIY light... Never again. Self drilling screws will be my go to thing.
Easiest install ever took me about 30 mins for 16 COBS.
for a 4x4 space which should be pushing well over 800ppm throughout at 1ft spacing. Might even go 5x5 to experiment.
Anyone care to verify? I believe I found those numbers for a CB binned 3500k in the 1500W led grow light thread.

nice so this is a nice setup for a 4x4 i bet with that par output you could harvest lots. Like two big ones huh

That's the idea, I would be very happy with 1.5g per watt. But I might be able to hit 2 one day.... This room will be doing some heavy lifting.. This 800W light, 1000W DE Hps, and my 500W China LED

For me the only reason I would be interested in those is for heat control, and par output. I have used XML 350 DS before and was amazed at the response in veg. Seems like COBs are all around performers way better than single diode leds.

I agree, I made them for that purpose, I know how much it will take to keep the area at the right temp and the Hps it hot as you know.. But since the room is so big and how I'll have the ventilation So heat won't be an issue. I made a 300W LED light that was watercooled out of a bunch of red and blue 3W diodes... The soldering was a bitch. I also had a ad responce with them.. But they did keep the plants alive so there's that.

Taking some time due to school 3 nights a week and homework... Plus working full time.. Anywayssss here's where it's at about half done.
Spacing is a bit more, but I also am pushing a lot of power for the area. 800W in a 5x5. But after its cleaned up it will be sexy

So is that a cutter kit? I noticed they are selling 4 cob kits with drivers that can run up to 5. I dont know why they dont sell those kits without the 5th cob. If I was gonna have a setup I would rather have the maximum lights available for my power output.

It wasn't a "kit" but it is comprised of parts from the kits. I didn't want that specific driver since I was aware of my future plans and current budget.
