One thing that is clear is it's light related so move the light back. Did you spray anything on them? What type of light and how close is it? What's your temperature and humidity in there?

I just moved the plant back up. I moved it down thinking it was from the light but it dosnt give off any heat. Its just a cheap florescent 70 watt light. I sprayed molasses mixed with water one day because I saw on youtube but it looked sticky so I rinsed it off with water in a spray bottle. But the leaves were looking already bad before I sprayed. Temperature is about 85. And humidity im not sure

Your problem is likely heat as indoor plants don't do well at temps past 80F some strains in particular can't even handle 85F at all. A sensitive hard to grow strain at 85F with a cfl a few inches away would be dead in just a few days. Move the light a foot away or a little more to get it out of intense light until you see her reactive again. Bring temps down some.

Makes sence to me. I'll put her farther from the light and ill see what I can do to adjust the temperature. Thank you
