I did the same kind of deal //20w LED flood light with a fridge..then went to 130w CFL.
Good to see people think like me!..lol

why aren't they growing up? not enough light? wrong shade of blue?
let's see ya setup! It seems this never got addressed:
In blue light cannabis will do that... veg out instead of up... it's one reason indoor growers use blue spectrum LEDs in veg... shorter node spacing and wider bushier plants. Nothing "wrong" happening there.
Please keep us updated, I love experiments.
I switched to LED for the cost of the light/power (got a cheap 300w for ~$80)... I'm flowering under it with some CFLs (the light isn't meant to do my size space quite) for additional light. Doing good.

I have some warm white cfls wondering if they might help with flower development or will the difference between so small my warm white bulbs are only 11w each id have less wattage of light 40 watts less

buy one diy cob and use that at 50w more effective with passive heatsink and 50w or 100w driver. peace
Use them for supplemental, not as replacements.
"Soft" White you may find labeled on boxes in stores more commonly ad "Warm" White. Just FYI.See:
If that's not possible, keep the wattage over the kelvins. and remember, blue for veg, red for flower (in CFL that's Red: Soft White (2700K – 3000K), Mid: Bright White/Cool White (3500K – 4100K), and Blue: Daylight (5000K – 6500K).
This is all pretty crazy set up. Lol just leaning some boards up together. An update week 7 day 4 flowering. Just built this for the next grow its not completed yet but want to finish current plants off while I finish building still need to wall the back and top cover it with roof plastic then build a reflector hood with off cuts of the mesh (just thought of that now. Going for an auto SCROG with 320 watts and counting CFLs still have 10 lights to go in
