So wives lie about their husbands all the time... Why should we believe her about the gun now rather than then?
Two separate incidences.

If you go to court for one thing are you auto guilty?..you go again are you auto guilty?

The first was a statement with no proof; a complaint only by wife, no proof. Your wife or GF can go down to your local PD and spin the biggest lie about you..does that make it true? No, but police like to have things to do and love narcs even more..gives them something to do.

In my town they have these big programmable construction scrollers at the entrances 'report suspicious activity' ie; your neighbors. There's a reason why they put them at the entrance.

They are not attempting to extract information, the suspect is dead. They are simply stating that they retrieved the gun that he was holding with his DNA and fingerprints on it. Even if someone elses DNA is also on the gun it really doesnt matter since they found it in his dead hand.

Again, the video has the cops telling a man to DROP THE GUN about 12 times over 30 seconds before he got shot. It was his ACTIONS that got him killed.
Did you see a gun in ANY of that vid? Link it.

They are saying a gun with Scott's prints, DNA and blood were recovered. Link the DNA report.

You cannot because there isn't any. You can match prints instantly. Blood you can 'type' it but cannot say it's his for sure, unless you DNA which takes weeks to months to extract, and profile..it's many, many tests that have timers in order to develop the picture.

Police lie in order to extract information..don't you know this?:wall:

Depending on importance you can get a DNA result in days.

Considering what you do for a living, wtf do you know about DNA test?

Lol, CSI: Miama is long finished.

The Charlotte police officer involved in the Sept. 20 shooting death of Keith Lamont Scott will not face charges.

District Attorney Andrew Murray announced Wednesday that Brentley Vinson will not face criminal charges related to the shooting.

The Charlotte Observer reported that according to Murray, Scott had a gun — not a book — and had repeatedly ignored police orders to drop his weapon:

Murray said that evidence in the case shows that Scott stepped out of his SUV with a gun in his hand and ignored at least 10 commands from the five officers on the scene to drop it.

Murray said that Scott obtained the gun – which had been stolen in Gaston County – 18 days before the confrontation. One bullet was found in the chamber of the gun, the safety was off and Murray said Scott’s DNA was found on the grip and ammunition slide.

Murray said that speculation in the community that Scott was unarmed – initial reports from a family member on Facebook said he was holding a book – were untrue.

“A reading book was not found in the front or back seats of Mr. Scott’s SUV,” Murray said.

“It is my opinion that Officer Vinson acted lawfully when he shot Mr. Scott,” Murray concluded. “His use of deadly force was lawful.”

Scott’s case gained national attention after his family members released video of the shooting including audio of his wife telling cops, “Don’t shoot him.”

Shit, not only a gun but a stolen gun... Look at that.... Should have brought more bullets though....

Are they gonna prosecute the wife for lying ya think?

A father and husband who was armed with a stolen gun and repeatedly ignored police commands.

He killed himself. I am sad for him but not surprised nor am I upset with the cops.
