Sure. Unless someone built an awesome house around a trailer and kept the frame under the foundation for tax purposes (low property taxes) then owning a trailer serves no financial purpose but to shelter the less fiscally "fortunate", no doubt.
Now would you like to relive the humiliation of how smart you think it is to not pay off your home if you have the excess wealth to do so as you claimed? Then we can talk about retirement investments that are much better than your government controlled 401k after that slugger.
You don't "own" your house. Even if you make your payments until you're 65 and finally pay it off you are left with a simple fee deed, not a title.
