yea they're pretty easy to build but if you have money to get people quality products as a gift then mind as well. i have various pedals i've made over the years. filters, fuzzes, distortions, a ring mod. Im working on a probe wah, it works, but i need to increase the sensitivity of the antenna probe to get more range and get an actual optocoupler instead of a white led and photoresistor pair.
