Not overly shocking, a number of them require receipts to make sure you are buying cannabis from LP's.

It is likely a requirement of the followup appointment not the initial, it is ridiculous however that they should care where your seeds come from as long as you are growing the medicine you require.

Sorry i misread your post....thought you said plants not pants. Anyways ppl have the license to grow but no lp is selling seeds that i know of. i dont understand how they can require you to show that you bought seed from a lp.
