Starting em on bloom next feed then some PK around week 7-8 also raising ph to 6.6 . Those scruffs to the left have been supported closer to the canopy20161226_213132_noexif.jpg 20161226_213151_noexif.jpgcheck out the blue in the Dbxl5 well purple 20161226_213204_noexif.jpg 20161226_213212_noexif.jpg that's the dbxl my baby

You can't see how frosty these fucking buds are near week 5 n the leafs would get u high.20161227_172246_noexif.jpg here is the Dbxl5 but I'm thinking this may be in fact the dbxl6 and the smaller dbxl kept small but I'm not sure yet tis early yet cuz the 6 showed some pretty colours ...pissed I lost Dbxl5 now exo will have to replace 20161227_172012_noexif.jpg just b4 lights on 20161227_171327_noexif.jpg 20161227_171311_noexif.jpg 20161227_171306_noexif.jpgso yeah the cobs are doing their job

@Icemud420 what's the closest u can hang the cpb x4 in your personal opinion so she doesn't bleach n shiz n same applies for the x9 I've em at like a foot from the canopy
When I took PAR measurements on the COB 4, center PAR was aruond 1180 umol/m2/s-1 which for indoor without co2 is about ideal, maybe even a little too much. So I would say anything greater than 1 foot from the canopy should be ideal, and 18 inches at center was around 580 umol/m2/s-1 which is still within ok range for flowering. I wouldn't go much further than 18" for flowering with the COB 4.

With the x9, I've never tested the readings so I am not sure what "range" is optimal. I don't think the PAR measurements on the X9 from the website are right because its showing less intensity than I measured with the X4... so I think that its an error on the posted readings. I would say with the x9 you should keep it probably 14-18" away based on my guess of intensity.

Yeah I've em at a 11 inches so I'll sort that out tonight but I must say the lower buds are even quite large and trics are dripping already. Thanks for the great advice n hope to see u around again.

Your 420 journal convinced me mate you'd alot of nutrient issues n you still produced well under 400w of light ffs was a long but good read.that's what I'd like this thread to be like and atleast now we have you qith ur tech background it'll be a world of wisdom

Yea I was running 2-3 year old recycled soil and it just was very full of salts and the ratio's were way off. Just mixed up some new soil so new grow with them should be epic!

Thus is my 5th run with this soil just add cannazyme n maybe add some canna terra pro bout half a bag n then mix with a surcharge. ..I keep my soil in a bit rubber bit in the garage sealed to retain moisture oh and I sometimes add a bit of left over coffee rusk

I do the same, but I think it finally got out of wack with the ratios of calcium, and since I never really flush my soil I think the EC got too high and was frying the plants or a build up of Calcium was limiting K and Mg uptake... I just trashed all of it and started over. I was recycling my leaves into my soil. Up to about 1 1/2 years the soil got better and better with age but then it seemed to start to decline in terms of yield and also plant health. I think if I would have flushed it well, I could have actually used it longer.
