My range is over 200 miles in diameter covering 3 counties and every residential structure built from before 1900 to present day. No human being can know all the codes, updates and variances for that geographical region.

I have 2 hours to completely assess every system in a home including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structure, roofing, insulation, windows, doors, water heater, faucets, sinks, tubs, showers, appliances, etc. Everything....

A residential home inspector goes off guidelines based on a set of standards approved by the state. Mostly it is common sense with a ton of knowledge thrown in.

youre right.. as a master plumber i dont know the codes in my area. get the fuck out of here. an inspectors job is to know what the code is.. whats in code and what isnt. doesnt matter what was code in 1935 unless the house is sold as is. dude youre full of shit. dont step to someone in construction if you dont know what the hell your talking about. you cant sell a house with cast iron in my area unless its as is, and have an inspector look at it.

I know it sounds nit-picking of me; but the campaign promise of "we will build a wall 100%" is a lie. He never knew he could do it. Didn't have a plan, just empty words.
The very same kind of lie that "I will make sure Hilary Clinton is tried for her crimes" is. It's not just that I don't like the things he has to say, it's that the things he does say are so obviously falsehoods.
It is staggering to me that everyone can't see it. He's not going to be good for the country, that I can guarantee.
But if he is, thank fuck and fuck me for being such a negative Nancy.

IF republicans are so Against Aborting,,,,
And If republicans do not want to Fund Anything that helps the common person.
here is the question
what happens to all the babies that are born after abortion is outlawed?
Will the republicans magically make money appear to build Orphanages?
Will republican families all of a sudden start taking in Orphaned children into thier homes ( they do not apdopt any as it is)?
So if they wont fund planned parenthood ,, I guess the children will die AFTER they are born instead of before?

If a house has galvanized or cast iron plumbing we call it out in an inspection report and let one of you dopes show up to tell the buyer whether it is code or not. I provide you a paycheck, you should be grateful.
