Nongreenthumbs Great Seed Scam Exposed!!!

After reading some posts and a private message from videoman accusing me of ripping off people for seeds.

So i thought I would lay out for everyone just exactly what happened.

In the whole time I have been on here, I have only sold 3 packs of seeds.

The run down goes as such:
1st pack to a newish member that doesnt come online anymore,

purchase 10 x white widow, nirvana stock, sold at 60 canadian dollars.

60 canadian dollars exchanged to pounds through paypal equals £25.00
paypal fees £3
seed cost to me £10
postage £5
packaging £2

Total profit for sorting this out £5

Next sale Russ0r
40 usd exchanged to pounds through paypal exchange equals 19.50
paypal fees £2
seed cost to me £10
postage and packaging £3.50

total profit for sorting this out £4

Next sale nameless
seeds = soma seeds somango
120 usd exchanged to pounds through paypal equals £59
paypal fees $5
seed cost me £53
postage and packaging £3.50

total profit - 1.50

The seeds however didnt make it through so i had to buy another pack at my own cost and re send all at my own cost, and the member involved has got a tracking number with far more expensive postage option.

On nirvana seeds I had started to ask for a little more because I wasnt making any money and it wasnt worth my time or effort, plus nirvana had put their seed prices up, even at 60 dollars which was the new quoted price including nirvanas price increase meant that i would only make 10 pounds per pack of seeds.

Rollitup recieved a complaint from videoman that i was trying to rip people off.

Videoman is trying to assasinate my character in anyway he can and is getting kinda childish.

If you can show me how i ripped anyone off then please tell me, i would love to know.

hey ngt, what seeds you talkin about that nirvana charges $60 for??? the most expansive nirvana seeds the sell at the moment are going for around $35 and feminised are out for at least 3 month now....

and nirvana hasn't rasted it prices in the last 12 month at all, the even went down on 4 or 5 strains.

i'm not pointing a finger at you but it sounds a bit odd what both sides claim here...

If I were to order the seeds from holland from nirvana then i would have to wait for them to arrive and this would add on to the delivery time, which in some cases could push it up to 4 weeks, which wasnt acceptable.

The place where i buy my seeds from is a small shop near to where i live. They used to charge £10 for a pack of seeds, the prices went up and they were then £15 a pack. I have enclosed the relevant pages from their catalogue to show the increase.

So the seeds have cost me £15, the only method of payment that was safe, would be paypal.

Paypal's exchange rate wasnt great so in their exchange it would be 30 usd for the seeds alone. In order for me to retain safe and make sure that i knew someone wasnt going to recieve the seeds and then say they didnt was to have the postage with a tracking number. This postage costs £5, exchanged with paypal make the total 40 usd, paypals fees for accepting the money was £4 so this made the total 48 usd, plus stealth packaging which nirvana would charge for, i'd put at a pound so that makes 50 dollars total, 50 dollars total and ive run around got the seeds re packaged them and gone to the post office to send them.

So ok I'm guilty then I would have made 10 bucks on a pack if i had sold them at 60 dollars.

But if you ask anyone that has spoken to me about getting seeds, i have actually worked out the price to be more acceptable as I was trying to get a good rep so that I could set up a website and do things properly.

That has all been stopped now and I'm not that bothered it saves me a lot of hassle from having to do it anymore.

All I am doing with this thread is pointing out that at no point did i try and rip anyone off, that is not in my nature ask anyone who knows me.

I'm not in for this pissing contest to be honest doobie doo, i just didnt want to be thought of as someone who ripped people off, I leave the childish antics for videoman. I'll give him some dues though, we have no idea what his current situation is or what he may be going through personally that he doesnt want share on here, we all know him to be a good guy he just seems to have gone off the rails a bit since the day babygro got banned.

I must say i agree with th3bigbad, if they were aware of the price at the start and were willing to pay whatever price was agreed upon than the fault lies with them surely?
You can only charge them what they are willing to pay, as far as a can see there was no deception and therefore no ripping off.

I dont feel like i ripped anyone off at all. I have only helped people out in my eyes.

If you compare the prices i charged to amsterdammarijuana seeds for the same seeds then you can see that i was roughly halfway between nirvana and amsterdam.

The people that didnt want to buy from me didnt and they went to nirvana and ordered through them, that was fair enough.

I even told people why i charged what i did, i broke it down like i have above.

I'm tired of these petty arguements and I wish for them to end but if any of you had been branded as a rip off then i am sure you would want to clear things up too.

well, okay you prices seem to be really reasonable to what amsterdam seeds does and i slowly figure how your work was set up....

it should teach us all a little lesson, we should trade seeds around, specially not to strangers and if we pass on seeds we should brag about it too.
rumors are like asshole flies, once they are out you can't really kill them anymore.

You are free to chage whatever you choose.
However I've seen some of your bills, given to me by members who were complaining.
What you post here had no resemblance to the bills I saw.
The bills I saw, contained all sorts of "add-on" charges
like:
$5.00 for time invested
$5.00 for gas
and so on.
The last straw for me was when a member showed me you wanted $75.00
total for ten seeds that he could order direct, and he did. He paid $50.00 for 20 seeds!

So basically you were trying to charge him $7.50 per seed, while ordering them on line, he got them for only $2.50 per seed. Quite the difference.

Heres a quote from the member:

If they were my seeds fair enough but people were wanting particular strains, this can not be achieved.

If they were happy with the price they bought if they didnt like the price they didnt, I dont see what the problem is here.

Videoman is just back to cause trouble. He left with an accusing finger without backing it up and here we are. Sad really.

if this should be the case then it is some odd business practices used here and $75 bucks for 10 standard nirvana seeds is far out the window, what those amsterdam seed guys do is already a rip off but this would top even them!
